1. Quote requests

What data we receive

  • your name;
  • your phone number and/or email address (at least one of them);
  • how you'd like us to contact you (phone, WhatsApp or email);
  • the services, package and budget you chose, if any;
  • your message and your company name or website, if you wrote them;
  • the language of the page you wrote from;
  • your browser's user-agent (which browser and operating system you use);
  • an HMAC fingerprint of your IP address: a code computed with a secret key, from which the IP cannot be recovered. We don't store the IP address itself.

Why

To reply to you and send you a quote. After sending, you also get a confirmation email. We don't sign you up to newsletters and we don't sell data to anyone.

Legal basis

Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Without a name and a phone number or email we can't reply.

How long we keep it

24 months from the request, then we delete it if you didn't become a client. If you become a client, we keep the data for as long as accounting law requires.

Who else processes it

  • Vercel: hosting of the website and forms;
  • Neon: the database where requests are stored;
  • Resend: sending emails (the request to us and the confirmation to you).

These providers are based in the United States; transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

2. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing.

Write to contact@launchadscode.ro: we reply within one month, as the GDPR requires.

You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro) or with the data protection authority of your country.

3. Payments and invoices

Clients outside Romania pay by bank transfer in euros. We use your billing details (company name, VAT number, address) to issue the invoice: Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR. We keep accounting records for as long as the law requires.

4. Measuring visits

Google Analytics cookies and the TikTok pixel only start if you click «Accept» in the cookie banner (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Before that, Google Analytics only sends cookieless pings without identifiers (Google's consent mode). You can withdraw consent at any time from «Cookie settings» at the bottom of every page.

We also count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies. Details in the Cookie policy.

5. The automated posting app

The LaunchAdsCode app for automated social media posting is used only by clients who connect their own accounts. The full rules are in the Romanian version of this policy, which prevails.
