2. Who these terms are for

The services described in the English version of this website are for businesses and professionals only (business-to-business). We don't accept orders from consumers through this version of the website.

3. Scope

We design and build websites, online stores and custom web applications, and maintain them. Every project is governed by these Terms and by the quote accepted in writing; where they differ, the quote prevails.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros. Prices on the website are starting prices; the final price is the one in the quote. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you pay 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, by SEPA bank transfer in euros. VAT treatment is shown on the invoice according to the rules that apply to business-to-business services.

5. Delivery

Work is considered delivered when the website is published on the production server or the code is uploaded to your account (for example GitHub or GitLab).

6. Cancellation

Custom work that has already started is not refundable for the current stage. You can end the collaboration at any time for future stages that haven't started.

7. Intellectual property

Rights to the code created for you pass to you once the agreed price has been paid in full. Until then, they remain ours. The content of this website (text, graphics, code) belongs to LaunchAdsCode.

8. Liability

We are not liable for data loss caused by third-party servers, cyberattacks or improper use of the software. We don't guarantee sales volumes or Google rankings: they depend on factors outside our control.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Romanian law applies. Disputes fall under the courts of Bucharest or Ilfov (Romania). We always try to reach an amicable solution first.

10. Language

These Terms are available in Romanian, Italian, English and French. Where versions differ, the Romanian version prevails.
